Coverage for Home & School Services

Dear ATA-FL Sunshine Health Provider:

Effective August 1st, 2015, for members enrolled in Sunshine Health Plan, American Therapy Administrators of Florida (ATA-FL/HN1) will cover therapy services in the home (POS 12) and school (POS 03) in addition to the services that ATA-FL/HN1 currently covers in the office (POS 11, 49).

If you provide care to a Sunshine Health member in the home (POS 12) or school (POS 03) after August 1st, 2015 you should submit your claims to ATA-FL/HN1 for payment.

Please Note: This does not include members who receive services in a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) location or members who are enrolled in the Early Steps Program. Please contact Sunshine Health directly for any questions that you may have regarding these programs.
